Canoeing

Ealing has more miles of canal than any other London Borough and the Thames is just a few miles away.  Canoeing provides a wide range of low cost opportunities to enjoy these local resources.

Pool sessions
These sessions teach basic skills such as capsize and rescue drills and boat balance.  The eskimo roll (how to self rescue a capsized boat by flicking it upright) is also taught at these sessions.
