School and Springhallow School.
Students at five Ealing schools (aged 12-16) have been participating in our artist-in-residency programme, working with artists and storytellers/live artists to find new and exciting ways telling stories visually.
The work produced includes 2-d and 3-d sculpture, illustration, textiles and video. The quality of the work has been enhanced by the residency programme, which allows themed work to be developed with the guidance of professional artists.
This year, by also introducing storytellers into the mix, connections have been made between literary and visual means of telling stories – sparking imaginations still further into producing wonderfully vibrant and thought provoking work.
