Hearing Voices is a website installation and photographic documentation of the education programme devised in collaboration with Art Circuit Touring Exhibitions, to accompany the Citizens exhibition.

Three different groups were invited to a one-day workshop, which included a tour of the exhibition by the curator and a discussion focusing on the relevance and meaning of Citizenship in their lives. They were then given the opportunity to feed these thoughts onto a specially designed website, which will be added to over the year by different communities in England, Wales, Northern Ireland and Brazil. The thoughts of the participants can be can be viewed on a screen in the main PM Gallery and also on the Citizens website www.citizensexhibition.org.

PM worked with schools across three areas - art, citizenship (or PSCHE) and information technology. The participating groups were Villiers High School, Brentside High School and Specialist Arts College (both Year 10 groups), and the Somali Mothers of Oaklands Primary School.
