Led by legendary flautist Keith Waithe, this African music project features talented young people from the borough of Ealing. Keith is renowned for engaging both local and international communities in multi-cultural projects.
Radio Revolución
Radio Revolución pioneer a unique sound of Latin, Reggae, Ska and Punk along with elements of Jazz, Drum n Bass and Dub. Their mix of fiery lyrics and lively rebellion pays tribute to the sounds of Joe Strummer and Manu Chao. Originally a four piece band created in 2004, last year they became six. Recent shows have sparked rave reviews, including appearances at the Refugee On Films Festival, the Notting Hill Arts Club with Movimientos and alongside DJ Manu Chao himself at a recent secret party.
Sonido Callejero featuring MC Magico plus Element Dance Reggaeton & Salsa performance
Sonido Callejero “Sounds of the Street” is MC Magico’s latest project for 2008 and as usual he will not disappoint. Bringing an array of colourful sounds to your ears mixing traditional Latin music with the new sounds of Reggaeton and Hip Hop MC Magico together with Cuban MC Floiran and DJ Snatch give you some Hard Core Latin "Sabor" that will have your booty shakin all night long!!!
Element Dance has seized a loyal following, principally the Salsa market, across the UK and Internationally. Be mesmerised by their impressive choreography and dazzling costumes. Together, this collaboration is a winning formula that has delighted audiences and critics far and wide.
Manteca
Formed by sexy Colombian singer Martha Acosta and bass guitarist/MD Don Fiora (Javier Fioramonti) for the Hogmanay Festival in Edinburgh 2001. Manteca proved to be at the cutting edge of the Latin scene, leading over 3,000 people at the World Music Stage "salsa-ing" into the New Year to their unique style of Urban Latin Funk. Since then Manteca has become well known for creating a party mood at festivals and gigs, including Coin St. Festival London, Rhythms of the City festival Leeds, Ecorhythms Festival and many more.
B-Loco
B-Loco is Samba drumming with a twist. A live percussion group blending energetic drummers with electronic samples, hip-hop, drum & bass and funk. Experience the Brazilian and African grooves with a modern twist of London flavour. This 13-piece band, based in London, brings a tantalising treat to the eyes and ears!
Le-Pico
Erik Aldrey, brings a wealth of talent to the stage as the man behind Le Picó. Having previously worked with bands such as Beastie Boys, Fantastic Plastic Machine and Ely Guerra, his sounds have achieved a nomination status at the American Grammy Awards. After moving from Venezuela to London, Erik started making music with a different approach that later became Le Picó: A five piece band, blending a mix of old school Afro-Latin beats and electronic grooves.
Think of One
Think Of One couldn't think of anything more unique and challenging than to put out an album blending vocals in Arabic, in French and in Antwerp's Flemish dialect, written and recorded in collaboration with Moroccan musicians.
In the wake of their musical adventures in Brazil, the band decided to bring the fusion between Shaâbi and Euro-American urban music to a completely new level, and started writing these songs in the company of five Moroccan collaborators, singers and percussionists Amina Tcherkich and Lalabrouk Loujabe (who are both members of an all-woman Houara band based in Marrakech), Gnawi musician and singer Ab el Kebir Bensalloum (also from Marrakech), and "The Twins", Hicham and Hakim Bouanani Moulay, who are renowned musicians in Brussels' Shaâbi scene.
Discipulos De Otilia
Fifteen years have passed since a group of friends raised to a stage to peform during the Olympic Games in 1992, Barcelona. The Group has continued to grow in popularity, with four albums to their name- Otílicos perdidos (1997), Otiliamina pura (1999), Ska Zone (2002) and Wateke (2004) – and more than one thousand live concerts, including crowd pleasing performance at the European MTV Awards 2004 held in Edinburgh.
Discípulos de Otilia hit the music scene with force in 2007, being signed up to perform in Spain, Germany, Switzerland and Mexico where they played to 100.000 people at the Zócalo of Mexico D.F. Get ready to be blown away by the superstars of ska!

The Aspidistra Drawing Room Orchestra
Showcasing the elegance of a string quartet with the addition of piano, flute and oboe, this group offer a light classical repertoire of the early 20th century. A range of romantic string serenades, waltzes, tangos, ragtimes and polkas brought to you by the capable hands of Vincent Spencer piano; Andrew Pearce violin; Liz Menezes violin; Richard Mackinnon cello; Roy Bell flute and Adam Bakker Oboe and Cor Anglais.
Zywiec
Zywiec is not just the name of Poland’s favourite beer. Zywiec is Ealing’s very own Polish folksong and dance group, established in 1965. Produced by artistic director Andrzej Sagajllo the group present the exciting and dynamic dances of Poland such as Polonez, Krakowiak, Mazurka, and Slaska. The traditional costumes and authentic music will transport us around the different regions of Poland.
BOSforUS
The finest London-based Turkish musicians unite to present an assortment of Turkish classical music. Led by percussionist Numan Elyer, a multi-percussionist of Turkish origin who is now permanently based in London. His main instrument is the darbuka, and is a pioneer of the new ‘all-finger’ style of darbuka playing which is fast gaining him a reputation in the UK.

It’s easy to learn, sociable, an addictive form of fitness and best of all, it can be danced to many styles of music making it practical too. Want to know what all the fuss is about?
Ealing Ceroc are hosting a free class in Ceroc, so here’s your chance to trial what so many others have learnt to love. There will be an Absolute Beginners Class, Intermediate Class and freestyle dancing. You don’t need a partner, just show up and enjoy!
