supplies in domestic premises are investigated by environmental
health.

Disrepair
Complaints about disrepair and lack of amenities in rented
accommodation are investigated by environmental health. Council

Rent
assessments
The
London Rent Assessment
Panel can review your rent to see if it is a reasonable
market rent. If the panel finds that your rent is actually lower
than a reasonable market rent it may go up.
