Noise at work
Noise in the workplace is controlled by specific regulations
which identifies noise levels above which employees' exposure must
be controlled. Complaints or enquiries about the noise levels in
premises within the Borough are investigated. Pollution control
officers will liaise with colleagues in the commercial premises
section who enforce health and safety standards.
