Planning services can offer applicants and their agents some professional advice to help you submit a valid planning application. You will need your own independent adviser to help you present your case. The council can only advise you in relation to its adopted planning policies. Independent planning advisers can assist you beyond our duty planner service or our pre-application advice service.
