Changes to the Householder Permitted Development Rights
These changes will mean that advice given previously by the Local Planning Authority (LPA) about planning permission for changes to properties may been replaced by the new regulations. Householders are advised to verify whether the changes affect their specific proposal. Find out about the changes that came into effect from 1 October 2008 on the Planning Portal.
