How do I report an
untaxed vehicle?
If a vehicle appears to have no current tax disc displayed
you can
contact customer services to report it.
How do I report an illegally parked vehicle?
If you think a vehicle is illegally parked you can
contact parking services we shall contact our
parking attendants and ask them to visit that location as soon as
possible.
How can I appeal against the fact my vehicle was lifted for
being illegally parked?
There are limited grounds on which you can appeal
they will be listed on your vehicle release receipt. You will
receive a copy of your vehicle release receipt when you collect and
pay for your vehicle’s release from the pound. If you wish to
appeal using one of the limited grounds you must do so within 28
days of the date of the receipt.
I am unsure as to where my vehicle is but someone seems to
have lifted it.
If Ealing have not lifted your vehicle the best thing to do
is to call TRACE on (020) 7747 4747 any vehicle removal companies
need to use this database so that people can locate their
vehicles.
