Visitor vouchers
Residents and businesses in a controlled parking zone (CPZ) can buy vouchers to allow visitors to park during operational hours. The vehicle for which you are applying must not exceed 3 metres in height and 1.83 metres in width. Vouchers should be scratched off with the date, month and time of arrival and displayed on the dashboard of the vehicle. Vouchers only need to be displayed during the operational hours of the CPZ.

Prices
The following prices are for residents' visitor vouchers only (all business visitor vouchers are £1 per voucher and £5 for a book - each voucher lasts for one hour):

Service vouchers
Contractors can apply for service vouchers whilst carrying out contractual works for example renovation works, gardening and plumbing etc.

The voucher entitles the holder to park in a marked residents’ bay in any CPZ within the borough.

Service voucher prices
£1 per voucher and £10 for a book - each voucher is valid for one hour.

Ordering visitor or service vouchers
In order to apply for residents’ visitor vouchers or business visitor vouchers you must be a resident or a business in the controlled parking zone (CPZ) for which you are applying. For service vouchers, you do not need to be a resident or a business in the CPZ for which you are applying. To apply for visitor or service vouchers please fill in a voucher application form for the relevant zone and either visit parking services reception where we accept payment by card (not American Express), cash, cheque or postal order or send payment in form of a cheque or postal order to: Parking Services, PO Box 46264, Ealing W5 2UN.
