I witnessed someone flytipping, what can I do about it?
Contact customer services. If you are willing to make a witness statement and possibly appear in court as a witness for th Council, an enforcement officer will visit you and take details of the incident. If you do not wish to make a witness statement or appear in court, you need to provide the following information:

There's a large amount of flytipped waste blocking our road, who should I contact?
Report the matter to customer services, who will report it as an urgent removal. Provide any information on the person who may have dumped it. The flytipping should be cleared within 24 hours. If the rubbish is likely to cause an infestation of rodents, a notice could be served on the owner of land, requiring them to clear it.

Who deals with flytipping on the verge?
You will need to contact customer services, who will send a contractor to clear away the flytipped waste. If the problem is ongoing, enforcement officers would investigate.
