Admissions criteria
Students will be admitted to the school according
to the order of priority in the oversubscription criteria detailed
below.
Over-subscription criteria:
The number of students admitted in each year group
will not inhibit the education of students at the school nor
adversely affect the health, safety and security of students or
staff.
Students will be admitted to the school according to the order of priority in the oversubscription criteria detailed below.
If two or more students have equal priority under the criteria random allocation will be used.
Waiting lists
If it is not possible to offer a place to a child
immediately, their name will be placed on a waiting list. The
criteria for admission is used to determine position on the waiting
list.
* Evidence for the criteria claimed against needs to be provided with application e.g. birth certificate (for sibling criteria), consultant’s letter (for medical criteria), utility bill (for distance criteria).

Admission to Year 12:
In cases of oversubscription the admission criteria one to five of the above criteria for the main school will be applied.
