We use our specialist status as a Media Arts college as well as resources gained through our extended school status and external links to make education exciting and motivating and to support all students in achieving well. Teaching and learning at Acton

We try to ensure that all students have a personalised experience that meets their needs. We have redesigned our curriculum to create a range of pathways from Year 7 to Year 11. There is additional support for those who need it and opportunities for additional GCSEs, early entry and masterclassses for our most able. Facilities are cutting edge. All lessons are supported by the latest technology and takes place in well equipped specialist rooms. Teaching promotes active and interactive approaches, so that learning is enjoyable and interesting.
