The Housing Strategy (pdf 4702KB) examines the overall housing situation in Ealing and proposals for addressing the main issues. It includes council housing, housing associations, owner-occupiers and the private rented sector.

Housing Strategy consultation
The Housing Strategy should be read integrally with the Housing Revenue Account (HRA) Business Plan (pdf 7889KB), which provides details of needs, actual performance and investment plans for the Borough's own stock. Together they establish a comprehensive framework for delivering housing related services over the next three to five years.

Housing Needs Survey - executive summary
Fordham research were commissioned to carry out a housing study for the London Borough of Ealing.  The study was designed to assess the future requirements for both affordable and market housing.

Ealing's homelessness strategy
The homelessness strategy 2003-2008 is made up of four key sections.

Ealing Supporting People Strategy  
The strategy (pdf) sets out how Ealing will develop supported housing services to best meet identified need.

Ealing Council's Allocations Scheme
The council's Allocations Scheme (word) sets out the priorities and procedures to be followed in the letting of housing accommodation, both to tenants on the transfer list and homeseekers on the housing register.  The document is currently under review, any changes will be subject to consultation during August and September 2007.

The Housing strategy for Older People 2007-2010 presents a framework for the council and its partner organisations in the future delivery and provision of housing advice and services to elderly residents living in the borough.
