Whitton Avenue East and West Safety Scheme
Whitton Avenue East and West Safety Scheme Consultation has
now closed. Ealing Council would like to thank everyone who
participated in this consultation.
During November and December 2006, residents and businesses
in the Whitton Avenue East and West area were consulted on whether
they agreed on the proposed safety scheme.

Results of the consultation questionnaire
The consultation was sent out Royal Mail 1st class
post, allowing residents and businesses at least four weeks
response. A total number of 1065 documents were issued with 279
returned. this gave a response rate of 26%

What happens next?
Based on the results of the consultation, the
scheme was approved by cabinet in November last year. Work was
started in June 2007 and completion is estimated by the end of next
month.
