During October 2004 residents and businesses in West Ealing were
consulted on whether they would like a Controlled Parking Zone
(CPZ) in the area.

Consultation results
The consultation was sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class post,
allowing residents at least three weeks response time. A total
number of 3589 documents were issued with 1067 returned. This gives
a response rate of 30%. The data has been analysed to provide the
following results:

Officer recommendations were presented to the Hanwell Area
Committee on 3 February 2005. Concluded from results, it was
recommended to introduce controlled parking regulations to the
following streets and agree to call it Green Man CPZ:

What happens next?
The implementation of the Green Man Zone U was completed
during October 2005 and enforcement began on 7 November 2005.
A parking permit is now required to park in this zone. If you
