Greenford station consultation
During July/August 2005, the residents and businesses around
Greenford Station were consulted on whether they would like a
controlled parking zone in the area.

Consultation results
The consultation was sent via Royal Mail 2nd class post,
allowing residents at least five weeks response time. A total
number of 1259 documents were issued with 325 consultations
returned. This gives a response rate of 26%.

Recommendations to area committee
Officer recommendations were presented to the Greenford Area
Committee on the 28 September 2005. Concluded from results,
it was recommended that the controlled parking regulations for the
existing Greenford Station CPZ, be extended to cover the following
roads:

What happens next?
The area committee recommendations were submitted to Cabinet
on the 6 December 2005. Cabinet approved the recommendations by
Greenford Area Committee and the boundary has been finalised. The
extension of zone Q has been implemented and enforcement began on 5
June 2006. A parking permit is now required for this
