Ealing Dean CPZ

This consultation is now closed, the deadline for participation was Friday 19 March. Ealing Council would like to thank everyone who participated in this consultation.

During February, March and April 2007, residents and business of the Ealing Dean area were consulted on whether they would like a controlled parking zone. You can downlaod copies of the consultation document (large file, pdf) and the questionnaire (pdf), but please do not send a completed questionnaire as this consultation is closed.

A total of 4188 documents were posted out, via Royal Mail 2nd class delivery, and 1409 completed responses were returned. Thus, giving a response rate of 34%. The consultation was also available to complete online on this website.

Exhibitions relating to the controlled parking zone were held at St. John's Church in Mattock Lane, on 9 and 10 March 2007.

Results
Results for this consultation are presented at three levels: overall area results (pdf), street-by-street level results for the overall area (pdf) and street-by-street level results for the core area (pdf). The overall results for the Ealing Dean 'core area of parking concern,' show that the majority of those in the core area are in favour (pdf) of the controlled parking zone.

What happens next?
Results will be included in a report to the next Ealing Area Committee for recommendation to Ealing Cabinet; this is likely to happen in September.
