Ealing Council residents survey results
The residents survey and the temperature check survey provide representative views of residents' satisfaction with the council, its services and the local area. The results from the survey inform the council's organisational improvements and provide evidence to support the two ‘universal’ themes in the community strategy: balancing community interests and reducing inequality. It also recognises the contribution of residents, service users and communities in achieving the Council's key themes and priorities.
The main residents' survey runs in the latter part of the year and the temperature check survey, which is an abbreviated version of the main survey and focusses on key questions, is conducted at the beginning of the year. For further information please contact the research and consultation team, email: research@ealing.gov.uk with the subject heading: residents survey.
