Ealing Council is consulting residents on planning
applications to develop Dickens Yard, behind Ealing Town Hall,
Uxbridge Road, Ealing.
This is a major development site that includes:

The existing Town Hall Annex office block

The two storey prefabricated office buildings to the rear of the Town Hall

The former Fire Station/Stable buildings

Nos: 2-12 (even) New Broadway

Part of Christ Church curtilage

The existing Parish Hall
If planning approval is granted the site will be used for a mixture of retail, office and residential use.
The application and supporting documents are available to review online and at the Customer Service Centre in Perceval House between 9am-4.45pm Monday to Friday.
Residents wishing to comment on the application can do so online or in writing to Steve Austin, Ealing Area Planning Team, Perceval House, 14-16 Uxbridge Road, Ealing.
The deadline for comments is 27 June 2008.
