Yes. All of our halls have kitchens nearby where you can use an external catering company or organise the refreshments yourself. A deposit is payable for the use of a kitchen.

Yes. Fully staffed bars can be provided. Please book the bar service when you book the hall. The bar company will contact you to discuss your requirements. The service is charged at £300. Our venues are licensed until 2am. All guests/attendees must have departed and tidying/clearing must be completed by your finish time. For social functions we advise that last drinks are consumed and music switched off by 1am.

What is the earliest time I can gain access to a hall?
We guarantee that the hall will be ready by 10am on weekends, however earlier access is sometimes possible by prior arrangement.

Do I need to book security staff?
We request that all ticketed events have security personnel present. They ensure the safety of the venue and guests. Our security staff are supplied by a reputable and long-established firm called  Legion Security. They are smartly dressed in blazer and tie for evening functions. The duty manager will agree the number required and can book them on your behalf.
