Park Royal Partnership (PRP) is committed to the development of Park Royal as a community. Their plans and projects include positive benefits and services for the people who live in surrounding areas.
How PRP works
PRP aims to provide Park Royal companies with
applicants who are in a position to start work immediately. The
purpose is to ensure that both local people needing jobs and
companies needing employees benefit from our approach. They also
have a commitment to raising skill levels of people in employment.
The
training and recruitment centre at Boden House
offers a service that reflects these aims:

training to unemployed people from the surrounding area to assist them to gain employment

basic skills training

assistance with tailor-made courses

sector-specific qualifications

management and leadership qualifications

free or reduced rate recruitment services
PRP are also concerned with helping young people move easily from school and education into employment, in a way which benefits young people and employers and effectively prevents people becoming ‘hard-to-reach’ in the first place.
