Direct debit
Direct debit is the easiest way to pay. Protection is maintained through direct debit guarantee that offers immediate refund in the event of an error, 10 working days notice of the account being debited and the right to cancel at any time.

A direct debit form is enclosed with your bill or you can request one by phoning (020) 8825 7020 or email revenues@ealing.co.uk.

Standing order
If you wish to pay by standing order please contact the business rates office and we will send you the appropriate form. 

Cash or cheque
You can pay by post or in person at Ealing Town Hall using a payment book. The cash office is in the Town Hall Annexe is open Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm. There is a posting box in the cash office reception where you can deposit cheques. Please include your business account number on the back of all cheques.

Send payments in the post to: Revenues, London Borough of Ealing, PO Box 1344, London, W5 3BN. Please do not send cash by post.

Banks
You can pay at any bank using your payment booklet but most banks will make a charge for this unless you are also their customer. If making payment by cheque please quote your account number on the back.

Credit/debit card
We also accept payment by Mastercard, Visa or Maestro credit card, or by Switch, Delta or Connect card. Contact the office on the telephone and have your card details ready.

Telephone banking
To pay your bill over the phone please ring your bank/building society quoting sort code 62-21-31, Head Office Collection Account (there is no account number as this sort-code is unique to LBE council tax). If they insist on an account number quote 00000000. Please quote your account number as the reference number.
