Have your say on traffic calming and 20mph zones (PR 1282)

Ealing Council is giving residents the chance to have their say on traffic calming measures and 20mph zones.

On Thursday, 11 September, a specialist scrutiny panel will be hearing from emergency services representatives, and Transport for London, at a meeting in the Town Hall at 7pm.

Residents are invited to attend the meeting and can participate in the discussion at the chairman’s discretion. The panel will meet again on 6 November to formally hear residents’ views, and again in January, before a final report early next year.

Councillor Swarn Singh Kang, Scrutiny Panel Chairman, said: “I’m sure people will have strong views and it is important for residents to attend these meetings and share them. This is an opportunity to tell us what you think of the Council policy on these issues. It will be shared in the report that the Council’s Cabinet will consider before any decisions are made.”

The meeting will be held in committee room 3.
