Court success for Ealing Council’s envirocrime team (PR 1309)

  3. Empire Direct Ltd, of Horsenden Lane South, Perivale, pleaded guilty to five counts of displaying advertisement without consent across the borough. The company was fined £250 and ordered to pay £400 costs.

Councillor Sue Emment, Cabinet Member for Environment and Street Services, said: “Envirocrimes have a negative impact on the environment and the area we live in. We will take a tough line with anyone who tries to spoil the neighbourhood for everyone else.”
